An Autumn Sunday

Hello, would you like to know what I did today?Well, it was such a nice autumn day that I played in the leaves.

I had a lot of fun!

Mommy and Daddy bought me some Halloween books and we read them together.

Then it was time to carve my pumpkin I picked out at the cider mill. I was supposed to carve it with my uncles and cousin but too many people were sick and they didn't want me to get sick.

The inside of the pumpkin was GROSS!

I would much rather eat the pumpkin raw.

Look at my masterpiece. Didn't I do a good job!

I love my pumpkin! I can't wait for Halloween. Anyone who wants to treat-or-treat with me is more than welcome to come over on Saturday!

What a Good Helper!

Adam helped us put the groceries away this morning and he thought it was so funny.

Adam had spaghetti last night for the first time. He loved it. We gave him a long noodle to play with. It was funny to watch him.

Past couple weeks

I came in to check on Adam while he was napping and this is what I found. I guess his head was cold. Or maybe he was embarrassed by the first half of the Spartan game today.

Last weekend, we went over to the Perlin compound to celebrate Kenny's birthday. Adam helped Uncle Kenny blow his candles out.

Adam loves his soon-to-be Aunt Kristin. She is so funny!

So last week, Adam was sent home from daycare with hand, foot and mouth disease. It is a virus that causes sores on your hands, feet and mouth and a low temperature. Adam's case was very minor because Kevin and I didn't even know anything was wrong. When we went to confirm it with the doctor, the doctor also found a double ear infection. We just thought Adam was teething since he is also getting 4 new teeth on the top of his mouth. So he went on antibiotics for that and we went to the doctors today and everything looks good. He is still a little congested but hopefully he will kick that this week. Poor little guy.

Go Cook Kindergarten!

The Cook teachers had some friendly competitions at the pep rally last weekend for Grand Blanc's homecoming. We may not have come in first place but we were the cutest team!
Go Cook Cubs!

1st Trip to the Cider Mill

We went to the cider mill today. We got some yummy treats to take home.

Adam posed for some pictures.

He liked playing with the hay. We took the pumpkin that is next to him home for dinner. Adam had pumpkin and he loved it!

I WANT CIDER!!

Adam got to have his first bite of a donut...

and then he wanted more!

Adam got to check out the goats.

We came home with two pumpkins. One to carve and one to eat. This is Adam's new smile. For the past week he has been "forcing smiles." He has his natural smile and then he has his forced one, it is funny.

Go GREEN!

This picture says it all...
Kevin's cousin Lauren is a little upset after the game and Kevin's dad is all smiles.
We had a great time tailgating thanks to Uncle Mark and those homemade corn dogs. There were also pudding shots which were soo yummy!
Adam was with Aunt Mary and they were cheering at home.

Kevin celebrating with Sparty on the way home.
