Legoland Discovery Center

We went to Legoland today, Opening Day!. We were there for about three hours. The kids loved it.  Katelyn loves building with Legos and she could have built all day.  If you bring your own Lego figure there you can trade it for the Lego figures that are on the employees name tags. Adam liked that a lot. They had rides and a 4-D movie.  Good times.   Of course they have you exit out the Lego Store so we had to buy a couple of things too.

 

This is Katelyn's horse stable.  They had a ton of Lego horses out to create with.  Kate loved it she could have built all day!

 

This is the car Katelyn created in the Lego area.  It won the race when she tested it out.  She was proud of it.

All ready for the 4-D movie.  It rained on us and everything!  I love watching the kids try to grab all the movie characters.






 
 


 

Comerica Park in Legos.  They got all the details.  They even built the tiger in front of the stadium.

This is Ford Field in Legos.  You could press buttons and make the players move.  Adam and Kate loved that.

Adam's 1st Grade Book Report

Adam had to do a book report and create a project around it.  Here it is.  He did a great job!  He is excited to present it to his class tomorrow.

Kate's field trip

Kate had her field trip this past Monday. Kevin took her. It was at stars and stripes gymnastics center.

Drew-Drew is Two-Two

 Drew turned two this month.  His party was Curious George themed. 

 He was so cute during his Happy Birthday song and he couldn't wait to blow out his candle.

 Drew had food in his mouth but I was excited everyone was looking at the camera so I'll take it.
