Just Dance Kids

So Katelyn got Just Dance Kids for her birthday from Kevin and me.  It is the Disney version and she LOVES it.  So does Adam.  They are so funny and so cute when they play it.  They have to hold the remote and do what the dancers are doing.  They get points for each correct move.  The one who was the most accurate wins.  It is fun to do.  They have a Mary Poppins song in there which is right up Katelyn's alley.

Sneak Peek of Katelyn's Dance for her Recital

So Katelyn is doing The Lion Sleeps Tonight for her dance recital.  We got to see the first half of it last week.  Too bad my camera cut out but here is the first part of the first of her dance.

Katelyn absolutely adores her little cousins.  She loves Colin and Drew the most because they are the smallest.  I am sure she will be in heaven when Baby Schlaud is born.

Joseph's birthday party

Adam's friend Joseph had his birthday at zap zone.  It was at 12:00 and he had a soccer game at 11:00. He had his choice of going to Joseph's party, which is one of his best buddies, or going to his soccer game and coming late to the party.  He thought really hard about it. I was surprised that he chose to go to his game and then be late to the party.  I didn't think he would want to miss one minute of Joseph's party.  He really loves soccer and playing with his team.  Joseph party was fun!!!  Kate got to ride the bumper cars for the first time. She loved it.

All Up to Date!

So I have been a little behind on our family blog.  I finally caught up this past week.  I have a student teacher so instead of lesson planning I am blogging.  If you want to see what we have been up to for the past year you can go to December of 2014 and start with Adam's birthday.  I never knew I could post mark my posts.  So I was able to update but still keep everything in order.  Enjoy!

Audrey's Birthday Party

Katelyn went to her friend Audrey's birthday this Saturday.  Rapunzel was there and the girls had a great time.  I asked Katelyn if she wanted to wear her Rapunzel dress but she had other plans. 

So she got her face painted, got a balloon animal, played a game and learned the kingdom dance.

Katelyn's Valentine's Day Party

 For Katelyn's Preschool Valentine's Day party they got to go to a bowling alley.  They passed out their valentines there, ate pizza and had fun!  I had the day off work so it worked out perfectly for me and Katelyn.

Adam's Valentine's Day Party

I had last Friday off so I got to go into Adam's room for Valentine's Day.  Adam and I made a Minecraft valentine box together to bring to school.
