Visit for Shots

I took Katelyn to the doctors for shots this morning. She got two of them and did great! She got the first shot and didn't make a sound. The second one she cried but only for a little bit. She did much better than last time. I was surprised. They also weighed her. She now weighs 13 pounds and 7 ounces! She is between the 50th and 75th percentile.

I love his smile! I love Katelyn's smile too but she never smiles for the camera.

Katelyn got her first Vera Bradley purse for Easter from her Great Grandma. The purse style is called "Caitlyn." GG said she couldn't resist even though the name is spelled different. And of course she has one of the seasons new patterns :)

Easter Sunday we got up and hunted for eggs and baskets. Katelyn found hers right away! She was overjoyed... as you can see.Adam was so cute hunting for eggs.

Then we went to church. After church we went to my parents for a nice brunch.

The kids took naps and then it was off to the Perlin house and the hunt for 100 eggs (pretty close to 100) Adam won the hunt with a little help from Papa (the egg hider.) I didn't take any pictures though :(. We had a nice dinner and then went home.

Mud Puddle

So Adam got to go outside for Soccertots on Saturday. Kevin said that Adam found the 1 big muddle puddle out there and jumped right in! At least he had fun! Of course Kevin had a towel in the car to clean off his head, face and hair. He looks like he just played the toughest game of soccer ever!

We over to my parent's house this evening to color eggs.
Look at all the pretty ones my nephew Joey made.Now look at Adam's eggs. Notice that most are smashed in and have been dipped in many colors!

Bad Dream

So I think Adam had a bad dream last night. He woke up at 5am crying and talking about "Hats!" I walked in his room and he kept saying, "Oh No... my hat, MY HAT!!" He was tapping his head as he was saying it. Maybe he was having a Caps for Sale dream and the monkeys were stealing his hats! It is one of his favorite books.

Jumparoo and a Secret Hug

She really liked the lights! She doesn't bounce but I bounce her and she seems to like it. She likes it a lot more than tummy time. She screams bloody murder everytime I put her on her tummy. I thought she would have outgrown it by now... nope!

Katelyn was sleeping and Adam was supposed to leave her alone but he couldn't resist. He had to give her a hug. So sweet!

Katelyn's First BIG Sleep

So last night I dropped her late night feeding. I fed Katelyn at 8:30 and I put her down right after. She slept from 9:00 to 6:15 this morning!!! GO KATE!! Hopefully this continues!

What a difference 10 weeks, 4 pounds and 1 inch makes...
